Vic offers structured exercise sessions. The sessions are set out to achieve gradual progression in order to reach the overall goal. Training with Vic is less time consuming as he travels to his clients at a time that suits them. |
Vic has a degree in Psychology and Sports Studies as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Sport & Exercise Science.
Vic's specialist areas include: Sports specific training, pre & post natal exercise, injury rehabilitation and weight management/loss. |
